Allan Int'l (00684.HK) announced its annual results for the year ended March this year, with a revenue of 485 million yuan, a 17.3% increase YoY. The loss expanded to 69.131 million yuan, compared with a loss of 62.053 million yuan in the same period last year; the loss per share was 20.8 cents. The company stated that if the depreciation of investment properties is excluded, the business operation will remain break-even.

As a gesture of gratitude for the long-term support of shareholders and to celebrate the 60th anniversary of its establishment, the company announced a dividend of 15 cents per share, including a final dividend of 2 cents per share and a special dividend of 13 cents per share, which was not distributed in the same period last year. The total dividend for the year is 30 cents per share.
