仁信新材将于7月12日召开股东大会，共审议2项议案

金融界6月26日消息，仁信新材发布公告，将于2024年7月12日召开第2次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月5日，当日收市后持有仁信新材股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：惠州大亚湾霞涌石化大道中28号惠州仁信新材料股份有限公司会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于变更公司注册资本、经营范围及修订<公司章程>并办理工商变更登记的议案》

2、《关于修订公司部分制度的议案》需逐项表决。
