(an indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and Tianjin Expressway Group based on a project and a one-time transaction benchmark will be implemented and several service agreements will be signed.

The announcement stated that the related transactions between Tianjin Expressway Maintenance and Tianjin Expressway Group were reached in the course of the group's general and daily business.
