2024年6月26日，德必集团(300947.SZ)在互动平台上表示，公司桃花坞里项目目前正按计划稳步推进中，招商签约率目前已达约70%，同时，园区的施工也在同步进行中。我们预计在9月底，桃花坞里项目将正式开园，迎接十一国庆假期。关于项目原定一期开放时间，由于近期梅雨天气影响，为确保工程质量及项目的最佳呈现效果，开放时间会出现适当延期。
