Regarding the acquisition status of treasury stock and the completion of acquisition (acquisition of treasury stock based on the provision of Article 165, Paragraph 2 of the Company Law).

We hereby announce the status of the acquisition of our own shares based on the provisions of Article 156 of the Companies Act, which are to be applied by way of re-reading under the provisions of Article 165(3) of the Companies Act, announced on December 13, 2023, as follows:
