绿通科技(301322.SZ)：股东赫涛、拓弘投资拟以协议转让方式向匡小烨转让公司股份

2024年6月25日，绿通科技(301322.SZ)公告，股东赫涛、拓弘（珠海）创业投资企业（有限合伙）（简称“拓弘投资”）分别与赫涛的配偶匡小烨于2024年6月25日签署《股份转让协议》，赫涛、拓弘投资拟分别以协议转让方式向匡小烨转让其直接持有的公司股份3,710,001股、4,255,335股，合计向匡小烨转让公司股份7,965,336股，占公司总股本的5.43%，占剔除公司最新披露的回购专用账户中股份数量后总股本的5.44%。
