Shimao Group (00813.HK) announced that, following a joint request for postponement from the company and the applicant, the High Court has postponed the hearing of the liquidation application to July 31st.

The company and its advisors have been actively pushing for discussions on the restructuring plan with the creditors. In order to accommodate the planned creditors who need additional time to complete internal approvals and signing procedures, the company has decided to further delay the deadline for early consent fee to 5:00pm Hong Kong time on July 31st and the deadline for general consent fee to 5:00pm Hong Kong time on August 30th.
