After months of speculation, we finally have the actual benchmark test results for the first batch of Copilot+ PCs. The Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x achieved amazing results in Laptop Mag's performance tests. It scored as high as 13750 on Geekbench 6, and completed the HandBrake video transcoding test in just 5 minutes and 16 seconds.
These results far surpass the average scores of high-end notebooks on Geekbench 6, which is 9,910, and the average score of 8:07 in the HandBrake test. The performance of Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x is better than that of MacBook Air M3 and MacBook Pro M3.
The Yoga Slim 7x's score on Geekbench 6 was more than 1,600 points higher than the MacBook Air M3, and more than 1,700 points higher than the MacBook Pro M3. In the HandBrake test, it was also more than a minute faster than the Air. However, the MacBook Pro M3 scored similar to the Yoga Slim 7x on HandBrake, only 22 seconds behind.
These results imply how powerful the CPU of the Yoga Slim 7x is. It is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite X1E-78-100, which is the lowest level of the Snapdragon X Elite. If the lowest power version of Snapdragon X Elite can beat Apple's M3 chip, then the more powerful X13-80-100 and X1E-84-100 may have a breakthrough.
