In order to pursue customer benefits, we respond flexibly to customer needs using cutting-edge technology such as lightweighting products, high-efficiency production, and conversion to recycled materials, while also pursuing cost reductions.

Design

By utilizing CAE/CAD, we propose designs that take into account efficient production and mold structure considerations, such as mock-up evaluations, mold structure studies, and functional studies.

Analysis

One of the technologies that the company is confident in is the analysis technology using CAE (Computer Aided Engineering). By performing analysis such as flow, cooling, and shrinkage using a product model created with 3D CAD, we thoroughly consider from all angles before moving on to the prototype stage.

Material selection

When switching from iron and non-ferrous metal materials to resin materials, the company also responds to the selection of resin materials that achieve optimal shapes with superior cost performance without lowering traditional functionality or quality. By linking materials to design or production lines, we are able to achieve rapid proposals, from material analysis to new polymer development and polymer alloy studies.

Resin welding technology

Greatly reduces assembly work hours and contributes greatly to cost reduction and lead time reduction for customers.

a) Vibration welding

A method of joining by vibrating the welding surface and melting the resin with frictional heat.

b) Hot plate welding

A method of joining by sandwiching a hot plate between the welding surfaces of the materials to be welded, heating the welding surfaces at the appropriate temperature, and crimping to join them.

Special forming technology

The company's forming technology increases the flexibility of product design. Currently, we are accurately responding to customer requests and needs by utilizing the forming technology of glossy fabric parts. a) E-Mold

It is ultra-high-temperature mold temperature control technology that heats only the mold surface (heating core) to the melting temperature of the resin within several tens of seconds using electric heating and cools it within 30 seconds after filling. Improving the appearance finish in the molding process can eliminate the painting process that was usually done after molding and leads to improvement in total cost.

b) emCo

Using electric heating, the surface of the mold is heated within several tens of seconds, and after filling, it is cooled by passing water through the electric heating periphery. This is ultra-high temperature mold temperature control technology.

Heat & Cool

By passing steam into the mold for a certain period of time, the temporary increase of mold temperature will improve the appearance defects such as welds and flow marks on product surfaces. An increase in the transfer rate of the texture pattern and a reduction in the residual stresses of molding have led to the alleviation of warpage deformation in products.

3D Weldless Heat & Cool

While general Heat & Cool can only handle flat or nearly flat product shapes, the latest technology from this company, 3D Weldless Heat & Cool, can also handle three-dimensional shapes, making it possible to form three-dimensional high-gloss products without weld marks. Future application fields are expected.

AGI

Following the injection of resin, nitrogen gas is injected into the mold during injection molding, and pressure is maintained to improve the quality of molded products (such as surface defects and warpage), simplify mold shapes, and increase strength through the use of thinner-walled designs. This method enables adaptation to new designs and cost reductions.

Counter-pressure molding method

By maintaining pressure inside the mold, smooth molded products are obtained by suppressing foam on the surface and cooling and solidifying it. This method improves surface defects such as sink marks and warpage, and can also handle thick-walled molding products. In addition, relatively large molded products can be obtained with low mold internal pressures.
