2024年6月25日，星徽股份(300464.SZ)公告，为让公司更加专注主营业务经营，优化公司资产结构，公司拟将子公司深圳市泽宝创新技术有限公司(简称“泽宝技术”)持有的Sunvalley(HK)Limited(简称“SKL”)100%股权转让给广东星阳互娱科技有限公司(简称“星阳互娱”)，股权转让交易价格为人民币10万元。
