According to the data from Tianyancha quoted by First Financial News, Xigua Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Meituan (03690.HK), has officially established Wuhan Tuandike Technology Co., Ltd., with Sun Keqing as its legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million US dollars.

The new company's operations include sales of electronic products, computer system services, software development for artificial intelligence and application software, bike-sharing services, sales of electric bicycles, sales of assisted bicycles, commuting cars and accessories.
