According to the announcement, by signing this memorandum of cooperation and carrying out strategic cooperation with the strategic partners, the company believes that the diversified applications and properties of supramolecular technology can improve the product development and production efficiency of the Group, including but not limited to the company's business in the fields of leather and textile products. Directors believe that this strategic cooperation represents the Group's strategic initiatives in developing its business, and look forward to long-term cooperation with strategic partners to seize the opportunities of supramolecular technology commercialization.

The cooperating party agrees to establish a research team to promote supramolecular research and future commercialization applications in multiple fields, including but not limited to the company's leather and textile manufacturing sector. As part of the strategic investment, the company has expressed interest in (as the investment subject, or its wholly-owned subsidiary) investing in part of the equity of strategic partners to strengthen cooperation between the parties.

The company's overall sales volume was 18,000 kiloliters in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 28.10%, showing significant growth. In terms of product structure, the operating income of 10-30 billion yuan products were respectively 401/1288/60 million yuan.
