Daishomicroline (00567) announced the full-year results as of March 31, 2024, with revenue of HKD 85.58 million, a year-on-year increase of 2.18%; a net loss of HKD 11.87 million, a year-on-year narrowing of 54.36%; and a loss per share of 0.74 HK cents.
According to the announcement, the main reasons for the reduction in net loss are as follows: last year the group obtained the cancellation of a subsidiary's loss of about HKD 16.2 million comprehensively accounted for, and this year there is no such loss; the group's gross profit increased to about HKD 17.7 million, an increase of about HKD 1.7 million from last year; last year, the group obtained a profit of about HKD 2.1 million from the cancellation of a subsidiary, and there is no such profit this year; and the group obtained a loan impairment loss of about HKD 1.1 million from a jointly-owned enterprise in this year.
