Qinhuangdao Port (0369.HK) announced that the board of directors passed a resolution on the adjustment of the fifth board of directors' part-time committee members.

The board of directors agreed to: (1) elect Mr. Zhou Qing as the chairman of the Risk Management Committee, member of the Audit Committee, and member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee; elect Mr. Liu Li as the chairman of the Nomination Committee, member the Strategy Committee, and member of the Risk Management Committee; (2) Mr. Nie Yuzhong will no longer serve as a member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee; Mr. Chen Ruihua will no longer serve as the chairman of the Nomination Committee, a member of the Strategy Committee, and a member of the Risk Management Committee; Mr. Xiao Zuhe will no longer serve as the chairman of the Risk Management Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. Other members of the company's various board committees remain unchanged.
