Target announced on Tuesday that its promotion shopping week event will take place from July 7 to July 13.
Target Corporation (TGT.US) announced on Tuesday that its promotional shopping week "Target Circle Week" will take place from July 7th to 13th. The retailer's largest summer shopping promotion, "Target Circle Week," will once again feature discounts on summer and back-to-school essentials. Target said it will offer more discounts to members of the Target Circle loyalty program, including deep discounts, personalized Target Circle summer popular item bonuses, hot prices for daily necessities, and early discount items for back-to-school and college life essentials.
Some of the deals emphasized by Target include selected toys at half price (including Lego, Monster Jam, and LOL Surprise!), up to 40% off kitchen and floor care (including Keurig, KitchenAid, Ninja, Dyson, Shark and Bissell), 30% off bedding and bath (including Casaluna and Threshold), and special offers on Ulta Beauty (ULTA.US) products.
During Target Circle Week, consumers can register for Target Circle 360 for only $49 for the first year, compared to the regular price of $99 per year.
Target's promotion is earlier than Amazon's (AMZN.US) shopping festival "Prime Day," which starts on July 16. Walmart's (WMT.US) large "Walmart+ Promotion Week" summer shopping event began on June 17 and ended on June 24; the company will also hold "Walmart specials week" starting from July 8.
