古越龙山将于7月12日召开股东大会，共审议3项议案

金融界6月25日消息，古越龙山发布公告，将于2024年7月12日召开第1次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月5日，当日收市后持有古越龙山股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：中国黄酒博物馆会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计3项议案，具体如下：

1、关于选举公司第十届董事会非独立董事的议案

2、关于选举公司第十届董事会独立董事的议案

3、关于选举公司第十届监事会监事的议案。
