It is reported that the target company mainly develops and provides educational courses in cooperation with educational institutions, including teaching outlines, teaching manuals, student books, teaching guides, teaching PowerPoint, course assignments, etc.

The board of directors believes that, given the promising prospects of the vocational education industry and the huge demand for vocational education by a large number of high school and university graduates in China every year to improve their employability, the acquisition is a good opportunity for diversifying the group's business to develop vocational education, which can further expand the source of the group's revenue and bring returns to shareholders.
