华阳集团将于7月15日召开股东大会，共审议2项议案

金融界6月25日消息，华阳集团发布公告，将于2024年7月15日召开第1次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月9日，当日收市后持有华阳集团股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：广东省惠州市东江高新科技产业园上霞北路1号华阳工业园A区集团办公大楼会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于续聘会计师事务所的议案》

2、《关于补选独立董事的议案》。
