ST special treat (000851.SZ) announced on June 25th that in 2023, the company and ESWE jointly developed the C-V2X chip (referred to as "vehicle networking chip"). The joint team has completed the development of the C-V2X SoC chip design for vehicle networking, and ESWE has delivered all the phased results of the responsible part to the company. The company recently received notification that TSMC has completed the C-V2X project JDVReview and confirmed that the vehicle networking chip has entered the MPW production stage.

By the end of 2023, the Firstcall will be activated on the C-V2X prototype, and the entire vehicle networking chip's SoC design will be completed and put into production in the near future. This will lay a solid foundation and provide impetus for the continuous development of the company's vehicle networking business, and also indicate that the commercial production rhythm of the company's C-V2X chip is accelerating, which is conducive to enhancing the company's core competitiveness and consolidating its market competitiveness in related fields. This vehicle networking chip is still in the sample production stage and has not yet generated revenue.
