Jiangsu Zhongchao Holding (002471.SZ) announced that since the beginning of 2024, its subsidiary Jiangsu Zhongchao Aviation Precision Casting Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jiangsu Precision Casting") has shown good development momentum and has had the ability to manufacture large and complex thin-walled high-temperature alloy precision castings such as aero-engine turbine rear shells. Jiangsu Precision Casting has entered the supplier system of core customers in the aviation, aerospace engine and gas turbine field. The related products and technologies have been successfully used in major aerospace projects, military and commercial aviation engines, as well as gas turbines. It has a relatively stable customer base and current orders have significantly increased.

Jiangsu Precision Casting will invest 100 million yuan in advance to promote the high-end components manufacturing project of aerospace engines and gas turbines. It will build a dedicated plant, purchase key important equipment such as wax injection machine, fully automatic shell making robot, fast drying system, fully automatic control three-room vacuum melting furnace casting system, vacuum heat treatment furnace, high-precision three-coordinate equipment, and enrich the product line through digital product design and information management construction of ERP, expand production capacity to meet the rapid growth of current market orders. The main products include turbine casings, turbine rotors, turbine guide vanes, diffusers, bearing seats, combustion chamber nozzles, struts, rectifying blades, etc.
