(hereinafter referred to as "Huiming Venture", "ordinary partner", or "fund manager"), and other limited partners intend to sign the "Suzhou Huiming Chuangxin Venture Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement", investing in Suzhou Huiming Chuangxin Venture Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Huiming Chuangxin", "partnership enterprise", or "investment fund"). After the completion of this investment, the total subscribed capital contribution of Huiming Chuangxin will be changed from 6 million yuan to 66 million yuan, of which Suzhou Good-Ark Electronics will subscribe to 30 million yuan, with a contribution ratio of 45.45%. All parties will invest in the form of cash, focusing on equity of unlisted start-ups in industries such as semiconductors, new energy funds, new materials, high-end manufacturing, etc.
