China-HK photo (01123.HK) announced that for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, revenue increased by 2.1% to HKD 1.102 billion; net income attributable to shareholders of the company was HKD 29.8 million (FY2022/23: HKD 40.8 million), with earnings per share of 2.51 Hong Kong cents. The board of directors proposes to pay a final dividend of 1 Hong Kong cent per ordinary share.

The announcement stated that the comprehensive income for this year was HKD 1.102 billion, a slight increase of 2.1% over the previous year. After the end of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019, the performance of each business unit of the Group was different this year. As commercial and social activities resumed normalcy, photography products, photography and technical services, commercial and professional audiovisual products for enterprise, and professional audiovisual consulting and customization, design, and installation services segments showed strong sales momentum. On the other hand, the overall consumption market remains weak due to uncertain economic prospects and the sluggish performance of the Hong Kong stock market and property market. The consumer electronics and home appliance segment, which grew significantly during the pandemic, declined this year.
