Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Nishi-ku, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, President: Makoto Uchida) held its 125th regular shareholders' meeting at our global headquarters on the 25th. The number of attending shareholders was 625, and the meeting lasted for 1 hour and 47 minutes.
At the shareholders' meeting, the first proposal, "Disposition of surplus funds," and the second proposal, "Appointment of 12 full-time directors," were approved.
In addition, there were 18 shareholders who spoke, and the main questions were as follows.
