According to an internal report, Tianyancha data shows that Shanghai Yuanchuang Future Private Equity Partnership Enterprises (Limited Partnership) has recently been established, with Shanghai Lingfang Equity Investment Management and Shanghai Futou Private Equity Fund Management as its executing partners, and a capital contribution of about 512 million yuan. The scope of operation is to engage in activities such as equity investment, investment management and asset management through private equity funds.

According to the information of the partners, the fund is jointly funded by 11 partners, including Shanghai Huijie Culture Communication under Bilibili (09626.HK), Shanghai Mihayou Tianming Technology under Mihayou, Ningbo Shangyi Software under Sun Tong (00020.HK), and Shanghai Lingang Economic Development Group Investment Management under Shanghai Lingang Holdings (600848.SH).
