In terms of news, on June 24th, Zhongxu Future issued an announcement stating that the board of directors declared the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Yuanda Future Limited (referred to as "Yuanda Future"), and is expected to allocate internal resources of HKD 100 million as Yuanda Future's operating capital.

The announcement stated that Yuanda Future will mainly be used for the development of AI technology in the gaming industry, dedicated to integrating AI technology into modules such as artistic design, creative copywriting, video production, intelligent assistants, and collaborative offices within games, and further using AI algorithms and AIGC technology to optimize game operations and promotion, creating new ways of playing and new experiences for players.
