In addition, Wing Lung holds a permit to rebuild a 16-storey commercial building with a total floor area of about 28,000 square feet at 315 Nathan Road, Jordan. Meanwhile, New World Development (00016.HK)'s commercial land in Anderson Road, Kwun Tong was approved for the development of a 4-storey high commercial project with a total floor area of about 105,000 square feet. The developer won the site for HKD 296 million at the end of 2022 and planned to develop a medium-grade people's livelihood shopping mall with a total estimated investment of HKD 1 billion.
