富汇国际集团控股：将继续确保集团业务的顺利运营 继续停牌

富汇国际集团控股（01034）发布公告，公司主要从事（i）土木工程、建筑及其他工程及（ii）媒体及娱乐业务。由于中国自2022年起对教育及培训业务实施政策，集团已停止提供新的文化艺术教育课程，但已在中国开展直播电子商务业务。集团将继续确保集团业务的顺利运营。董事会将继续评估及监察公司股份暂停买卖对集团的营运及财务表现的影响（如有），并于适当时候采取适当措施，包括刊发有关集团业务营运的公告。

公司股份继续停牌。
