中国新消费集团发布年度业绩 股东应占溢利约840万港元同比扭亏为盈

中国新消费集团（08275）发布截至2024年3月31日止年度业绩，收益约1.4亿港元，同比增长约3.6%；公司拥有人应占溢利约840万港元，而去年同期取得公司拥有人应佔亏损约为2680万港元；每股溢利2.21港仙。

据悉，公司拥有人应占溢利净额主要是由于以下各项的净影响所致：（1）更好地控制建筑项目的成本，导致毛利增加；（2）出售股权投资收益增加；及（3）薪金及法律及专业费用增加，导致行政开支增加。
