杜邦水务部门吸引潜在买家兴趣

据知情人士透露，美国化工集团杜邦计划分拆的水处理业务，正吸引潜在行业买家的收购兴趣。

据知情人士透露，Xylem Inc．和Veralto Corp．等可能的收购方正处于评估杜邦水解决方案业务的早期阶段。

杜邦公司在5月份表示，将通过免税交易分离其电子和水部门。这一过程预计将在两年内完成，并将形成三家上市公司。知情人士说，包括出售后的债务在内，杜邦水务业务的估值可能在60亿美元左右或更高。

截至目前，该股上涨1.8%，市值约为340亿美元。
