According to the announcement of Kingkey int cul (00550) on the Zhixin Finance APP, the company received a letter from the Stock Exchange on June 20, 2024, which includes guidance for resuming share trading as follows:

(i) Conduct an independent investigation into the accusations, assess the impact on the company's business operations and financial status, announce the investigation results, and take appropriate remedial measures;

(ii) Prove the integrity, ability, and/or character of the group's management and/or any person who has a significant impact on the company's management and operation, and has no reasonable regulatory concerns, which may bring risks to investors and damage market confidence;

(iii) Conduct an independent internal monitoring review and prove that the company has established sufficient internal monitoring and procedures to comply with the listing rules;

(iv) Announce all financial performances that have not been disclosed as required by the listing rules, and deal with any audit revisions;

(v) Prove that the company has complied with rule 13.24 of the listing rules; and

(vi) Notify the market of all significant news, so that shareholders and investors can evaluate the company's situation.

According to rule 6.01A(1) of the listing rules, the Stock Exchange may cancel the listing status of any securities that have been suspended for trading continuously for 18 months. As far as the company is concerned, the 18-month period will expire on October 1, 2025. The company's shares continue to be suspended from trading.
