Yunnan Water (06839) announced that on June 14, 2024, the company (as the seller) and the buyer (Li County State-owned Assets Operation and Management Center) entered into a property transaction contract. As a result, the company agreed to sell and the buyer agreed to acquire 65% equity of Lixian Water at a price of approximately RMB 80.5894 million. After the sale is completed, the company will no longer hold any equity of Lixian Water.
