Zhongtong Finance app news, Concord NE (00182) has announced that on June 24, 2024 (after the trading session), the lessee (Wuhe Concord Yinmah Wind Power Generation Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) and the funder (Shanghai Yuexiu Financing Leasing Co., Ltd.) have agreed to the following financing leasing arrangement through the signing of the agreement:

(a) The lessee and the funder shall enter into a purchase agreement, under which the funder shall purchase equipment from the lessee at a purchase price of RMB 360 million; (b) The lessee and the funder shall enter into a financing lease agreement, under which the funder shall lease the equipment back to the lessee during the lease term, and the lessee shall pay leasing payments to the funder every quarter as consideration.

Note that the equipment refers to several wind power equipment (including wind turbines, main transformers, cables and other wind power equipment) used in the power station. The company will generate net proceeds of approximately RMB 360 million from the sale under the financing lease arrangement, which will be used as general working capital to provide funding for the group's business operations and activities.
