超捷股份将于7月8日召开股东大会，审议回购注销部分限制性股票等议案

金融界6月24日消息，超捷股份发布公告，将于2024年7月8日召开第2次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月3日，当日收市后持有超捷股份股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：上海市嘉定区丰硕路100弄39号公司会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于回购注销部分限制性股票的议案》

2、《关于修改<公司章程>并办理工商变更登记的议案》。
