Half an hour after the news was announced, the popularity of searches by Polish users for keywords related to China on Ctrip's international version of Trip.com rose 40% from day to day. Chinese tourist cities popular with Polish tourists include Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Chongqing, Xi'an, Kunming, Zhangjiajie, and Guilin. According to Ctrip data, since this year, as of June 23, Poland has ranked among the top 30 tourist destinations in China. Over the next summer, travel orders from Polish tourists entering China increased 80% over the same period last year. Currently, the recovery rate for flights from Poland to China has reached around 70%. The average price of summer flights between Poland and China including tax is about 5,980 yuan, which is a slight increase compared to last year. It is expected that after the announcement of the one-sided visa-free policy, the number of Polish tourists visiting China during the summer will increase further. Qin Jing, vice president of Ctrip Group, said that Poland is in the heart of Europe and has close economic and trade contacts with China, and almost all trains coming from China enter the EU region from Poland. Currently, the visa-free policy has become a powerful step for China to promote the recovery of inbound travel, and has created a “China Travel” boom overseas.
