漱玉平民将于7月11日召开股东大会，共审议2项议案

金融界6月24日消息，漱玉平民发布公告，将于2024年7月11日召开第3次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月5日，当日收市后持有漱玉平民股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：山东省济南市历城区山大北路56号漱玉平民大药房连锁股份有限公司会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于取消部分担保额度并追加2024年度担保额度的议案》

2、《关于修订<募集资金管理制度>的议案》。
