Smoore Intl (06969) announced that on June 21, 2024, one of its customers, NJOY LLC (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Altria Group), has received marketing authorizations for four new tobacco products (including two closed pod e-cigarette flavors NJOY ACE Pod Menthol 2.4%, NJOY ACE Pod Menthol 5%, and two disposable e-cigarettes NJOY DAILY Menthol 4.5%, NJOY DAILY EXTRA Menthol 6%) through the pre-market tobacco product application (PMTA) pathway. As of the announcement date, NJOY LLC has received marketing authorizations for ten new tobacco products through the PMTA pathway, including one NJOY ACE closed pod system device, five NJOY ACE tobacco and menthol flavored closed pod e-cigarette flavors, and four NJOY DAILY tobacco and menthol flavored disposable e-cigarettes, all supplied by the Group to NJOY LLC based on sales records from the beginning of this year to the announcement date.

The company is encouraged by its customers' successful pre-market tobacco product application, and believes it will provide clearer guidance for the Group to better deploy resources in the USA market.
