中旗新材将于7月10日召开股东大会，共审议2项议案

金融界6月24日消息，中旗新材发布公告，将于2024年7月10日召开第3次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月1日，当日收市后持有中旗新材股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：广东省佛山市禅城区季华五路57号万科金融中心B座17层公司会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、关于董事会提议向下修正可转换公司债券转股价格的议案

2、关于部分首发募集资金投资项目变更的议案。
