金融界6月24日消息，渝开发发布公告，将于2024年7月10日召开第3次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月3日，当日收市后持有渝开发股票的投资者可以参与投票。
会议地点：重庆市南岸区江南大道2号重庆国际会议展览中心101会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计1项议案，具体如下：
1、《关于延长公司向特定对象发行股票股东大会决议有效期及相关授权有效期的议案》。
