Weicheng International Holdings (08107) announced that on June 24, 2024 (after the trading session), the company entered into a subscription agreement with the placing agent. Accordingly, the placing agent has agreed to act as the company's placing agent subject to best efforts to allocate up to 8.55 million placing shares to no fewer than six placees at the placing price of HK$7.00 per share, representing a discount of about 7.28% to the closing price of HK$7.55 per share as quoted on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on the date of the subscription agreement.

Assuming that all the placing shares are fully placed, the estimated net proceeds from the placing will be approximately HK$58.95 million, equivalent to a net placing price of approximately HK$6.89 per placing share.
