According to the announcement by Orientsec Int (08001) on the Zhixin Finance APP, the Group is expected to have a net profit attributable to shareholders of not more than approximately HKD 3.4 million for the year ending March 31, 2024, while the net loss attributable to shareholders of the Company for the fifteen-month period ended March 31, 2023 was approximately HKD 125.7 million. The expected return to profitability is mainly due to increase in placement service income generated through the placement of offshore city investment bonds, resulting in a related placement service income of approximately HKD 68 million in the 2023/2024 fiscal year.
