Ping An Bank provided Bay Area Finance with a revolving loan arrangement of HK$1.2 billion to repay existing bank loans or meet liquidity requirements. The credit period is 12 months. On June 24, 2024, Bay Area Development and Ping An Bank signed a “Guarantee” (“Guarantee”). Bay Area Development provides an unconditional and irrevocable guarantee for loan principal, interest, discount fees, commissions or bank charges and related expenses under the main contract. The guarantee period ends on the date of payment of all debts under the main contract. There is no reverse guarantee in this guarantee.
