The plan is to continuously evolve “INNOVERA” by adding functions and collaborating with SFA*. Therefore, we are proceeding with collaboration with various AI vendors that have engines with a high degree of perfection. By actively incorporating new technology such as AI in this way, it seems that they are also considering building a “barrier-free communication” platform where people can communicate beyond language and handicaps in the future.

(3) Strengthening partnerships

In the 2023/8 fiscal year, a “partner program” that strengthens the conventional agency system was launched, and partnerships were strengthened, such as establishing a dedicated portal site to share information that was individually handled by sales, and holding study sessions for partners to promote sales. Going forward, it is our policy to continue to actively strengthen partnerships, such as establishing gold partners and enhancing partner ranking systems such as segmentation of rankings, strategically developing partners in each region of Japan, and incorporating functions that can be automatically estimated on portal sites. Furthermore, by developing plans for small enterprises and updating to “INNOVERA PBX 2.0,” we will actively incorporate targets that spread from small to large enterprises, and from the metropolitan area to the whole of Japan.

(4) Strengthening brand power

The plan is to actively strengthen brand power even more than before. Until now, services such as listing advertisements, impression advertisements, YouTube advertisements, etc. have been promoted mainly on the web, but in addition to this, the policy is to place specific emphasis on continuous exhibitions, information dissemination utilizing press releases, etc., sports team sponsors and local government event sponsorship.
