建研设计将于7月11日召开股东大会，共审议2项议案

金融界6月24日消息，建研设计发布公告，将于2024年7月11日召开第2次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月5日，当日收市后持有建研设计股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：合肥经济技术开发区繁华大道7699号建研设计4楼3、4号会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于补选公司非独立董事的议案》

2、《关于聘请公司2024年度审计机构的议案》。
