通达海将于7月11日召开股东大会，共审议2项议案

金融界6月24日消息，通达海发布公告，将于2024年7月11日召开第1次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月5日，当日收市后持有通达海股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：南京市鼓楼区集慧路18号联创大厦B座20楼1号会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、关于注册资本变更暨修改《公司章程》并授权公司董事会办理公司登记变更手续的议案

2、关于补选第二届监事会非职工代表监事的议案。
