According to an internal report, Donghai Airlines (00670.HK) has released the 'Regional Pass' service in the Yangtze River Delta during this summer's peak travel season.

Starting today, eligible passengers actually carried by Donghai Airlines and its subsidiary Shanghai Airlines who fly to or from all civil aviation airports in Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui provinces and cities within the area can change their departure or destination airport within the area without paying a cancellation fee and can obtain a full refund if there is a last-minute change in their itinerary.

The 'Regional Pass' service currently only supports domestic flights.
