CRG Holdings (7041) announced on the 14th that it will merge its consolidated subsidiary CR.DotI as a surviving company, and merge Castingroad and Jobs as absorbed and vanished companies.

The companies involved in this merger are both mainly engaged in specialized personnel dispatching and introduction-related businesses. However, it has become a challenge that the impact on business is significant due to changes in the external environment. The purpose of combining the three companies is to promote cross-selling by expanding the dispatched job categories and service contents, diversify business risks, optimize the allocation of management resources to growth businesses, improve the attracting power of dispatched staff, and streamline common expenses in business development.

After this merger, plans are in place to revise the company name, organizational structure, personnel, and evaluation system. The aim is to achieve early recovery of performance and improvement of corporate value through this merger.
