中广核电力拟发行不超过49亿元的A股可转换公司债券

中广核电力（01816）发布公告，该公司拟向深圳证券交易所申请，在中国境内向不特定对象发行募集资金总额不超过人民币49亿元（含人民币49亿元）的A股可转换公司债券。建议发行A股可转换公司债券尚待股东于临时股东大会及类别股东大会批准、深圳证券交易所发行上市审核并经中国证监会注册。

于本公告日期，中广核持有本公司5.6亿股H股及291.77亿股A股。中广核有权优先认购A股可转换公司债券，并有权放弃此优先认购权利。中广核可能认购金额上限为约人民币36.35亿元的A股可转换公司债券。
