会议地点：贵阳市观山湖区阳关大道28号赤天化大厦22楼会议室。
本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：
1、关于提请股东大会授权公司董事会全权办理回购注销渔阳公司持有的部分公司股份及工商变更等相关事项的议案
2、关于变更公司注册资本及修订《公司章程》的议案。
