宝塔实业将于7月8日召开股东大会，审议全资子公司向控股股东借款暨关联交易等议案

金融界6月21日消息，宝塔实业发布公告，将于2024年7月8日召开第3次临时股东大会，网络投票同日进行。股权登记日为7月1日，当日收市后持有宝塔实业股票的投资者可以参与投票。

会议地点：宁夏银川市西夏区六盘山西路388号408会议室。

本次股东大会共计审计2项议案，具体如下：

1、《关于全资子公司向控股股东借款暨关联交易》的议案

2、《关于与关联方开展融资租赁关联交易暨对外担保》的议案。
