Le Cang logistics (02490) announced that Ms. He Yanqun resigned as joint company secretary, authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and representative of the company for receiving legal process documents and notices under Section 622 of the Hong Kong Company Ordinance and Rule 19.05 (2) of the Listing Rules, effective from June 21, 2024.

Wu Xiwei has been appointed by the company as joint company secretary, authorized representative and agent for receiving legal process documents to fill the vacancy left by Ms. He, effective from June 21, 2024. Ding Sujun will continue to serve as another joint company secretary.
